We specialize in teaching beginner to advanced pole dancing using our progressive program. We maximize our clients learning by making sure there is only one person per pole. You can start our program at any time and level up at any time once you have completed the 12 class requirement and have a signed skill check list. Skill checks are done the last class of each month.
Fit Body & Pole is currently offering program, specialty, workshops and private instruction. Please see our Schedule for full details and check back often for new programs! We can also host pole parties for any occasion, contact us for details and booking! we do offer COed classes as well.

This is our beginner class, no experience needed. We teach all of our basics spins, climbs, and transitions in this class. This class is full of cardio dancing while we learn our spins and work on our strength. Heels are optional in this class. We recommend you start without heels first. We teach our prior Levels 1-3 in this class.
We start to teach you basic inverts in intermediate pole and how to combine them. We continue to work on transitioning, making our dance flow, and building strength. We do start to encourage freestyle dance at this level and add some upper level spins and combination spins. We teach our prior Levels 4-5 in this class.
We continue to challenge you as we add more variations of inverts, climbs, and spins. We still offer the same dance style workout feel with an extended open gym. Continuing to work on building strength, flow, freestyle, and stamina . We teach our prior levels 6-7 in this class.
Pole Masters Fundamentals–
In this class we take our basic inverts that we have learned and advance them as well as adding new inverts to our inventory! This class offers a longer open gym for you to get lots of practice, free style song, pole challenges, strengthening, and stretch.
Pole Masters Intermediate
We continue to work on advancing you in your inverts. At this point in our pole program we are learning to combine and sequence some of our knowledge as well as working on different ways to mount and dismount from our inverts. Examples of inverts we will learn: Superman, Ayesha, Brass monkey, Bow, and many more…
Pole Masters Advanced– Our instructors are amazing at teaching the newest “Tricks” in the pole world. We will continue to advance you and teach you how to make your inverts flow nicely. We will be working hard on strengthening so that we have the strength to do the most advanced “tricks”. We are continuously learning and adding updated moves to this class.
Unleash Your Freestyle
This class is all about exploring the art of freestyle. We will be encouraging you and giving you lots of ideas, games, challenges to help you unleash your freestyle. Think dance your heart out, dance like no ones watching, be silly, be sexy, be slinky, be a total badass. Work on your flow and what feels good to you. Bring your heels if you please. All levels welcome. This is instructor lead class.
Down & Dirty
Down & Dirty is all about getting sexy! This is easy choreography pole class to help explore dancing and bringing out that inner vixen. Think hair flips, leg traces, rolling hips, confidence, and lots of fun! Heels are optional, all levels welcome.
Liquid Motion 75 minute class.
Liquid Motion will teach you to work with your body mechanics to move in a more fluid way. Using dance methods, we’ll learn specific moves, then connect those moves together. We’ll explore the bodies natural movement, build self confidence, , and understand the body on a higher physical and mental level. You’ll find yourself paying more attention to how you move your body through space, and moving with intention.
This class stands out from other classes because our methods apply to any type of movement, enabling students to feel immediately successful, as well as continue their education beyond class. Liquid Motion is in invaluable resource that provides long term benefits, self esteem, and stronger healthier bodies. Beginner welcome. Knee pads recommended.
Chair & Booty Work combo class
This is one of our most popular classes. We are really excited to teach people how to dance using the chair as a prop. Will be adding all the sexy flair of our pole classes and then transitioning into some booty shaken’ fun. No experience needed!
Pole Boot Camp
This class is geared towards building strength! We will be dancing and adding a lot of strength moves that you can do on the pole. We will be mixing it up using different equipment around the room!
Join Katelyn for this flow movement class inspired by Marlo Fisken. It is developed to focus on your creative movement. The focus isn’t on the attainment of tricks or extremes; it’s on revealing your creativity, musicality, mobility, and flow in a safe and limitless way. Knee pads and leg warmers are recommended. You will spend time learning the movement, practicing and threading it all together!
Spin Pole Basics
Looking to try something different? Come try out the poles on spin mode. We will teach some of the basics upright poses as well as inverting while spinning! This class is geared for all levels.
Spin Pole Advanced
You must be ale to invert easily and confidently to join this class. We will be working on upright holds, inverting, and combining advanced Moves all while your pole is on spin mode. Ideally you have had some experience in the spin pole basics class before trying this class.
Werk Yer Twerk
Yep, we’re going to Twerk it! Come get your sweat on, shake your booty, pop your booty, work those abdominal muscles in this fun off the pole dance twerk class. Bringing movements in from traditional twerking, belly dancing, and bali movement. You’ll work on learning the movement as well as a twerk routine.
No experience necessary! We will teach you all you need to know in this hot sexy class. We teach you the art of lap dance and we play with a choreographed lap dance that you can use at home. (offer on occasions)
Intro to Pole
This class is dedicated to giving you the chance to check out our style of teaching, try a spin, and experience our workout. It is a great class try before registering for our beginner program- optional

We work towards leg flexibility, chest opener, back flexibility, side splits, and more. All Levels Welcome. No Experience needed.
Looking for an extra workout during the week? This is a heart pumping calorie burning class that includes cardio dancing, spins, climbs, and inverts. Don’t worry, we call the class to all pole levels. Best for current clients in leveled classes. Optional: Bring your heels!
Think of this class as a chance to get Pole Tutoring and extra practice! This pole play class can be just what you need. We open the studio for you to come in and practice. An instructor will be there to help you warm up, spot, and tutor you on any spins and inverts. Play on our spin poles, create new combo, work on your flow, stretch, mingle with your pole friends! Please note, No new spins or inverts will be taught during this time. All Levels welcome
